As the state agency that promotes access to education in North Carolina, we help students of all ages pay for their education.

Our collaborative, College Foundation of North Carolina (CFNC), assists thousands of students each year plan, apply and pay for college. 

We also provide resources for students and families to save and pay for education, teach educators how to navigate financial aid programs, administer student grant, scholarship and loan programs, and advocate for resources to support students of all ages.

The K12 Programs team at NCSEAA is dedicated to enhancing educational access and opportunities for students in grades K-12. This team coordinates resources, events, and support services to engage families and communities, assists schools in navigating financial aid programs, and administers grants, scholarships, and loan programs tailored to K-12 education needs. They work collaboratively to ensure that younger students have the foundational support and information necessary to transition smoothly to higher education.
