Troy March is an accomplished real estate investment professional with extensive experience in directing and managing investment portfolios. Currently serving as the Director of Real Estate at the North Carolina Department of State Treasurer's Investment Management Division since June 2013, Troy oversees strategy formulation for a substantial real estate portfolio valued at $11 billion while actively participating in Investment Committee meetings for a $115 billion Pension Plan. Prior experience includes roles as Real Estate Portfolio Manager at Highwoods Properties, where responsibilities encompassed underwriting acquisitions and managing transaction processes, and as an Analyst at Kimco Realty Corporation, focusing on market research and credit analysis. Troy holds an MBA from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business and a BS in Business Administration from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
