Sana Behnam

Sana Behnam is an experienced educator and researcher in the fields of design and user experience. Currently serving as an Instructor and Graduate Research Assistant at North Carolina State University, Sana is involved in the AHRQ Project Grant focused on postnatal patient safety. Previous roles include UX Research Assistant at Nielsen Norman Group and UX Design Intern positions at IQVIA and Equity Lab, where skills in virtual reality and UX design were developed. At The Ohio State University, Sana held the position of Graduate Research Associate, contributing to virtual reality training for medical practitioners. Educational credentials include a Master of Fine Arts in Design Research and Development from The Ohio State University and ongoing doctoral studies in Design at North Carolina State University, following a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial and Product Design from the University of Tehran.
