The Board of Directors serves as the organization’s governing body, responsible for overseeing its financial, legal, and structural integrity. Composed of alumni, advisors, and student representatives, the Board ensures NCSL’s long-term stability, provides guidance to student leadership, and upholds its mission as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
