Christiaan Heijmen is a Co-Founder of ALI | HEIJMEN, established in July 2023, which collaborates with Private Equity Firms to enhance diversity on Portfolio Company Boards. Their extensive career includes experience with Heidrick & Struggles as a Managing Director in Executive Search. Christiaan holds an MBA from Duke University and dual Bachelor's degrees from UMass Amherst in Hospitality and Tourism Management and English Literature, both awarded Summa Cum Laude.
