Christiaan Heijmen

Christiaan Heijmen is a Co-Founder of ALI | HEIJMEN, established in July 2023, which collaborates with Private Equity Firms to enhance diversity on Portfolio Company Boards. Christiaan serves as a Board Member for the National Association of Chief Executive Officers, the Triangle Chief Human Resources Officer Association, Excelsior Classical Academy, and the American Heart Association. Additionally, Christiaan held the role of Managing Partner at Focus Search Partners, A Vaco Company from June 2017 to June 2023, and was previously a Principal at Vaco. Their extensive career includes experience with Heidrick & Struggles as a Managing Director in Executive Search. Christiaan holds an MBA from Duke University and dual Bachelor's degrees from UMass Amherst in Hospitality and Tourism Management and English Literature, both awarded Summa Cum Laude.
