Lauren Liles is an experienced Human Resource professional with a robust background in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resource Operations Manager and previously as a Human Resource Practitioner at North Carolina's Electric Cooperatives since February 2013, Lauren has played a pivotal role in supporting the state's local electric cooperatives. Prior to this, a tenure at Validant as a Consulting Partner involved providing consulting services for FDA-regulated industries. Experience as a Staffing Partner at Accentuate Staffing included coaching new employees and managing high-volume recruitment. Lauren's earlier career at Talecris Biotherapeutics encompassed positions from Corporate Recruiting Associate to Corporate Recruiter, where responsibilities included compliance with OFCCP guidelines and significant contributions to the company's growth during its IPO.
