Jason Ruvelson is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Finance Director at North Cascades Institute since August 2005, where responsibilities include managing financial affairs, developing budgets, and overseeing accounting practices. Previously, Jason held the position of Associate Accountant at Douglas Coleman & Associates CPA, performing financial audits and preparing financial statements. As a Business Research Analyst II at the Small Business Development Center, Jason developed business plans for numerous clients, including a notable plan for Washington State Parks. Early career experience includes working as a Psychotherapist and Office Manager at Sehome Behavioral Health, focusing on mental health therapy. Jason holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Western Washington University and an MA in Psychology from Naropa University.
