Kim Martin

Kim Martin has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at North Cascades Bank since March 2018. Prior to this role, Kim held various positions in the human resources field, including Senior Human Resources Generalist and Recruiting Specialist at Boeing, where employment began in June 2006. Additional experience includes roles at Crane Aerospace & Electronics, Nuprecon, Premera Blue Cross in Information Technology, and several positions in human resources at Bensussen Deutsch and BD&A. Early in the career, Kim worked as a Senior Recruiter at Staffing Resources, Accustaff, and Randstad from 1994 to 1999.
