Roger A. Larson has extensive experience in behavioral health and administration, currently serving as a Behavioral Health Therapist at North Central Behavioral Health Systems, Inc. since 2017 and as an Administrator for Richwoods Township since August 2013. Larson also operates Larson Consulting, providing consulting services and developing training programs for leadership skills in community college students, as well as conducting temperament analyses for adults in local social service programs. Previously, Larson held the position of County Director at the University of Illinois Extension from 1996 to 2010, where responsibilities included budget management and overseeing marketing and public relations. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Counselor Education from Illinois State University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Music and Education from Lincoln Christian University.
