Laura Jaggi

Laura Jaggi serves as the Vice President of Human Resources & Administration for North Central Group. Laura provides leadership oversight of all human resources activities for the corporate staff and our portfolio of hotels, including team member relations and engagement, training and development, employment law, benefits and compensation, recruitment and selection, and health and safety. She joined North Central Group in 1994.

Laura is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Stout with a BBA degree and an emphasis in Human Resources. She has been an active local chapter member and Past President of the Greater Madison Area Society for Human Resource Management (GMA SHRM) and a national SHRM member. She also serves on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee for Operation Fresh Start, a local non-profit providing a path forward for disconnected youth. In her free time, Laura enjoys spending time with her family along with traveling, reading and gardening.
