Crystal Colón, RCE, has been serving as the Chief Innovation Officer for the North Central Jersey Association of REALTORS® since November 2007, where Crystal is instrumental in driving innovation and excellence within the organization. In previous roles as Education/Communications Director, Crystal coordinated numerous educational courses and managed comprehensive communication strategies, overseeing events for up to 700 attendees and managing a database of over 8,300 recipients. Prior experience includes working as a Collection Representative for Michael Harrison, Esq., and a Customer Service Representative at Depasquale Salon Systems. Crystal holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business/Marketing from the University of Phoenix.
