Joey Gunderson

Joey Gunderson is an IT Specialist at the North Central States Regional Council of Carpenters since September 2020, where responsibilities include providing user support, troubleshooting systems, and managing user onboarding and offboarding. Previously, Joey held various IT support roles, including Information Technology Support Technician at NorthMarq and IT Computer Support Specialist at the Minnesota Twins, where skills in problem resolution and user interaction were developed. Additionally, experience as Technical Support Team Lead at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities involved managing ticket queues, mentoring staff, and providing Tier II support. Joey holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sport Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota.
