Kay Schroeder

Kay Schroeder, PHR, SHRM-CP has extensive experience in human resources and professional development. Kay currently holds the position of Associate Vice Chancellor at North Central Texas College, overseeing HR programs and Title IX investigations. Previously, Kay owned HR Map, a consulting company, and held HR leadership roles at Petroflex NA, LTD and DATCU Credit Union. Kay holds a Master's of Jurisprudence in Labor and Employment Law from Tulane University and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Texas.
