Todd Little currently serves as the Executive Director for the North Central Texas Council of Governments, focusing on policy setting and advocating for local government programs in the DFW region. With extensive experience in the insurance industry, Todd holds the position of Principal at ABS Insurance Services, delivering commercial insurance and risk management consulting. Additionally, Todd is the President of Allied Business Services, Inc., specializing in retirement planning, employee benefits, and corporate life insurance. Previously, Todd acted as County Judge for Ellis County, overseeing budgetary and elected officials' operations. Todd also contributed as President of the Board of Trustees for Meals on Wheels of Johnson and Ellis Counties and served as Board President at Hope Clinic of Ellis County. As the former Mayor of Red Oak, Todd was instrumental in strategic planning and community development. Todd earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Financial Planning, Finance, Insurance, and Investments from Baylor University's Hankamer School of Business.

The North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG) is a voluntary association of, by and for local governments, and was established to assist local governments in planning for common needs, cooperating for mutual benefit, and coordinating for sound regional development. NCTCOG's purpose is to strengthen both the individual and collective power of local governments and to help them recognize regional opportunities, eliminate unnecessary duplication, and make joint decisions.
