Herbert Parnell

Herbert Parnell has extensive experience in the maintenance and painting industry, currently serving as Assistant Supervisor of the Paint Shop, as well as Maintenance Technician and Painter at the College of Charleston since March 2018. In addition, Herbert Parnell has worked as a Stagehand at the North Charleston Coliseum/PAC/Charleston Area Convention Center since January 2012. As a business owner of Parnells Painting and Repairs since 2000, Herbert Parnell has developed a robust skill set in the field. Herbert Parnell's education includes studies at Fortis College in Ohio from 2013 to 2014.
