Shay James Ed.d

Shay James Ed.D is an accomplished education administrator with extensive experience in leadership roles within school districts. Currently serving as Assistant Superintendent and Executive Director of High Schools at North Clackamas Schools since July 2016, Shay has previously held the position of Senior Director of College & Career Readiness (Secondary Programs) at Portland Public Schools from July 2000 to July 2016. Academic credentials include a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Administration obtained from Lewis & Clark College between 2013 and 2019, as well as a Master's degree in Education from Portland State University, earned from 1995 to 2000.
