Tiffany Shireman

Tiffany Shireman is an accomplished educational leader with extensive experience in various roles within the North Clackamas Schools since July 2005, currently serving as Chief of Staff. In this position, Tiffany oversees a significant operational budget of approximately $300 million and a staff of 2,500. Previous roles include Assistant Superintendent for Education, where Tiffany was responsible for strategic planning and supervision of the instructional team serving 17,000 students, and Director of Federal Programs and Assessment, focusing on K-12 federal initiatives. Earlier positions also include principalships at Oak Grove and Riverside Elementary, and several roles in other educational institutions, including program coordination and teaching in ESL. Tiffany holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, and Spanish from Whitman College and a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Eastern Washington University.
