Alecia Martin

Alecia Martin is an experienced administrative professional with a strong background in title processing and customer service. Currently self-employed since October 2017 as an individual title clerk, Alecia specializes in processing used and Canadian car titles. Since May 2013, Alecia has also served as an Administrative Assistant at North Coast Auto Mall, handling a variety of tasks including phone inquiries, filing, document processing, and notary services. Previous positions include roles at Horseshoe Casino, Copart, Kia of Bedford, Mayfield Heights License Bureau, Lids, and Circle K, where Alecia developed skills in customer service, paperwork management, and team leadership. Alecia holds a high school diploma from Parma Senior High School, completed in 2004.
