Dan Billo is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in customer sales and service at North Coast Seafoods since January 2022. Prior to this role, Dan served as Executive Chef for Tavistock Restaurant Collection from September 2012 to November 2021, and held similar positions at Kincaid's, The Poplar Creek Grill, D-Lew Enterprises, and Yankee Pier, demonstrating expertise in full-service dining and event catering across various concepts.
