Robert McCarron has a strong background in the food and beverage industry, starting their career as a captain at L'espalier. Robert has since worked in various sales and management positions, including Assistant Food & Beverage Manager at The Back Bay Hotel and Key Accounts Manager at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits. Currently, Robert serves as an HRI Outside Sales Representative at North Coast Seafoods. Robert holds a Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from The Culinary Institute of America.
