Christina Ide SPHR, SHRM-SCP has over 34 years of work experience in human resources. Christina Ide is currently serving as the Regional VP Human Resources, West Region at Sonepar USA since July 2020. Prior to this, Christina worked at North Coast Electric for over three decades, holding the position of Vice President Human Resources since July 1986.

Christina Ide SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a diverse education history. In 2005 to 2006, they attended the University of Washington and obtained a Certificate in the Training Specialist Certificate Program. In 2010, they received Six Sigma Green Belt certification from VMEdu Inc. Additionally, they have a Certification in Transportation & Freight Claims Management, specifically as a Certified Claims Professional (CCP) from Freight Traffic Management.

Furthermore, Christina Ide SPHR, SHRM-SCP has acquired several additional certifications. In 2018, they obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) designation from SHRM.
