Sean Colfer

Sean Colfer has extensive experience in the field of education and athletics. Sean currently serves as the Director of Physical Education, Health, and Athletics at the North Colonie Central School District. Prior to this, they worked as the Athletic Director at the Lansingburgh Central School for nine years. Sean also served as a Physical Education Teacher at the City School District Albany for eleven years before assuming the role of Administrative Intern at the North Colonie Central School District. Sean began their career as an Assistant Football Coach at the Onondaga Central School District and later worked as a Physical Education Teacher at the Schalmont Central School District and the South Colonie Central Schools Instructional Su.

Sean Colfer attended the State University of New York Cortland from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Health and Physical Education/Fitness. From 2002 to 2005, they pursued their Master of Science (MS) degree in Educational Administration and Policy Studies at the University at Albany, SUNY. In 2013 to 2014, they furthered their education by earning a Certificate of Advanced Study (C.A.S) in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from The College of Saint Rose.
