We work across a diverse range of projects within the commercial, education, aged care, health, affordable housing, industrial, infrastructure, retail, and hospitality sectors.  

Our head office is in Tuggerah with additional offices in Newcastle, Dubbo, Orange, Mudgee, Tamworth and Brisbane. We have a Specialist Projects team that handle all our works under $3m and a major works department overseeing projects up to $50m, enabling us to deliver both smaller and larger-scale building projects throughout regional NSW and SE Qld.

The Operations Team at North Construction & Building Pty Ltd is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day activities on construction sites to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. This includes coordinating between design and construction phases, supervising site operations, addressing any engineering challenges, and maintaining transparent and proactive communication with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
