Project Management Team

The Project Management Team at North Construction & Building is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the entire lifecycle of construction projects, from initial planning and design through to execution and completion. Comprised of experienced Senior Project Managers and Project Managers, this team ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. They manage communication between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, uphold safety standards, and oversee resource allocation to ensure that all project objectives are met while maintaining the company's foundation of trust.
