Ben Whitehill

Ben Whitehill has over 19 years of experience in the IT industry. Ben is currently working as the Sr. Director of IT at TrueCare since July 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Sr. Director of Technical Operations & Infrastructure Services at PatientSafe Solutions from April 2013 to July 2021. In this role, they demonstrated continuous career progression and had direct reporting structure and responsibility for various IT teams. Ben also worked as an IT Manager at Infracore from March 2009 to April 2013, where they were responsible for maintaining IT infrastructures for multiple clients and managing the IT Help Desk team.

Before that, Ben worked as a Technical Instructor at VORTEX TEACHING AND LEARNING from August 2007 to December 2008, where they taught Microsoft Official Curriculum to professional students and conducted hands-on labs. Ben also served as an IT Manager at Excedeo from November 2006 to August 2007 and as an IT & Training Manager at New Horizons from July 2006 to October 2006.

Ben started their career at New Horizons as a Site Manager in 2002, where they worked until 2006. Throughout their career, Ben has gained extensive experience in IT management, infrastructure maintenance, technical training, and customer support.

Ben Whitehill obtained a certification from ECPI University in 2000 without a specified field of study. In addition, they have various certifications from Microsoft, including Microsoft Certified Trainer, Microsoft Certified IT Professional: Enterprise Administrator, Microsoft Certified IT Professional: Systems Administrator, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer 2000, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer 2003, and Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist: Exchange 2007 Configuration. Ben also holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from The International Association for Six Sigma Certification (IASSC), which they obtained in October 2022.
