Carla Stamos

Carla Stamos has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Carla began their career in 1999 at AchieveGlobal as a General Ledger Accountant, where they managed international affiliate accounts, performed monthly account reconciliations, and provided customer service support. Carla then worked at Copley Newspapers as a Senior Staff Accountant from 2004 to 2009, where they prepared consolidated financial statements, managed fixed asset and CIP accounts, and performed various financial analyses.

From 2012 to 2015, Carla worked at Daphne's California Greek as a Staff Accountant, where they managed cash for multiple store locations, processed fixed assets, and ensured expenditures met capital guidelines. Carla then moved on to Account Temps and General Ledger Resources in 2015, where they worked as a Staff Accountant on a contract basis for various companies, assisting with accounting software implementation, month-end closing, bank reconciliations, and budget preparation.

Currently, Carla is the Director of Finance at TrueCare, a position they have held since 2023. In this role, they oversee the financial operations of the company and ensures the accuracy and completeness of balance sheet reconciliations and financial statements. Throughout their career, Carla has demonstrated strong financial acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to manage and lead teams.

Carla Stamos earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Accounting from the University of Phoenix, which they attended from 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Management, from Salt Lake Community College. Carla completed their studies at Salt Lake Community College from 1992 to 1994.
