Scott Loeschke is an accomplished engineering and facilities management professional with extensive experience in both the public transportation sector and the U.S. Navy. Currently serving as the Deputy Chief Development Officer and Director of Engineering and Maintenance at North County Transit District, Scott oversees facilities and rail maintenance for a transit agency that handles 11 million passenger trips annually. Prior roles in the U.S. Navy include Director of Facilities for Marine Corps Installations Command, where Scott managed a $3 billion annual budget, and multiple leadership positions including Commanding Officer of NCTC Port Hueneme.
