Tia Byrd

Tia Byrd has over 17 years of experience in advancement research, analytics, and operations. Their most recent role was as the Director of Operations and Strategy for Advancement at North Cross School, starting in February 2024. Prior to that, they held various positions at Washington and Lee University, including Director of Advancement Research and Analytics, Associate Director for Research and Analytics, and Prospect Development Analyst. Tia has a strong background in prospect development, advancement operations, and strategic planning.

Tia Byrd obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business Administration from the College of Charleston in 2005. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Business Analytics at Ohio University from 2022 to 2024. Additionally, they obtained certifications in programming from edX in 2020 and in data science from Coursera in 2015.
