Debra Martin

Debra Martin is an experienced housing specialist with a focus on public housing and assistance programs. Currently serving as a Housing Specialist for North East Community Action Corporation since July 2014, Debra is involved with the Lincoln County Public Housing Authority's Section 8 program. Prior to this role, Debra worked as a Coordinator at the same organization from October 2009 to July 2014, where responsibilities included assisting low-income residents in St. Charles County with energy and rental assistance, as well as program intake assessments. Earlier in Debra's career, administrative roles included serving as Office Manager at MARC, Inc. from February 2003 to May 2009, and as Executive Administrative Procurement Officer at Orius Telecommunication Services, Inc. from September 2000 to January 2003. Debra holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Law Enforcement from Truman State University, earned between 1976 and 1979.
