Philip Mann

Philip Mann has served as a Planning Technician at North East Derbyshire District Council since September 2021. Prior to this role, Philip Mann was with npower from July 2005, progressing through various positions including Operational Planning & Support Manager, where responsibilities included controlling compliance training and onboarding new meter operatives. As Smart Apprentice Field Team Manager, Philip Mann successfully managed 106 apprentices, achieving a 100% pass rate, and ensured the timely deployment of Smart Meter Apprentices. Earlier experiences included roles as Field Operational Team Manager and Meter Reader at H. Samuels. Philip Mann holds a City and Guilds qualification in Leisure and Business Management from Buxton & Leek College, as well as GCSEs in Maths, English, Geography, History, and Biology from Middlecroft Secondary School.
