Claire Parfrement

Claire Parfrement is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in children's social care and education services. Currently serving as the Commissioner for Children's Social Care at North East Lincolnshire Council since October 2015, Claire supports a team that sources homes for Children Looked After. Previous roles at the same council include Information, Advice & Guidance Officer and Participation Coordinator, focusing on educational support and youth engagement. With a foundation in business support through roles at the Youth Offending Service and the Safeguarding Adults Board, Claire has also held leadership positions as Chair at Cleethorpes Childcare. Prior experience includes customer service at Banco Santander and a receptionist role at Humberstone Country Club.
