Debra Flarty

Debra Flarty has extensive experience in business support roles, with a career at North East Lincolnshire Council spanning from September 1998 to the present. Positions held include Business Support Specialist, Interim Head of Service Support Officer, Business Support Officer, and various PA roles, demonstrating significant administrative and management expertise. Prior to this, Debra served as a Secretary at Lee's of Grimsby (Furnishers) Limited from June 1977 to July 1984. Debra holds an RSAIII Diploma in Administrative & Secretarial Procedures from the Grimsby Institute of Further and Higher Education, completed between 1996 and 1998, and completed secondary education at Hereford Comprehensive School from 1972 to 1977.
