Nick Browning

Nick Browning has a strong background in the leisure and tourism industry, with a focus on facility management and operations. Nick is currently serving as the Head of Culture Heritage Leisure & Tourism at North East Lincolnshire Council since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Leicester City Council as the Leisure Facilities Development Manager from October 2017 to February 2022. Nick also has experience at GLL, where they held various management roles, including General Manager, Operations Service Manager, Fitness & Retention Service Manager, and Graduate Trainee Manager from 2009 to 2017. Additionally, they served as a Duty Manager at the University of York Sport Centre from September 2008 to August 2009.

Nick Browning attended the University of Exeter from 2005 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree in Exercise and Sport Sciences with a grade of 2.1.
