Sarah Williamson

Sarah Williamson, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of HR, People & Culture at North Easton Savings Bank, a role assumed in September 2023. With extensive experience in human resources, Sarah has previously held the position of Director of Human Resources at Sentec and HR Manager at Hinckley Allen. Sarah's career in HR began at UniBank for Savings, where various roles were undertaken, including HR Manager, Officer, and Senior HR Generalist. Prior to that, Sarah worked as a HR Generalist at Hayward Pool Products and held earlier positions as HR Assistant, Recruiting Coordinator, and HR Recruiting Coordinator at firms such as Conservation Services Group, General Dynamics C4 Systems, and Tiffany & Company. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Plymouth State University and is pursuing further education at Bryant University.
