Chris Phillips

Chris Phillips is the current Chief Operating Officer at North End Teleservices. Prior to that, they worked as an administrative assistant at Core Advantage Consulting on the North End Teleservices Project. Phillips has also worked as a pop culture examiner for Examiner.com, and as the owner of Epic Peace, a successful pop culture blog. Chris began their career in 2004 as a chef supervisor and host at Hillcrest Health Services, before moving into the role of expeditor. Phillips is a highly skilled and experienced administrator with a passion for pop culture.

Chris Phillips has a liberal arts degree in sociology and television from Metropolitan Community College.

Chris Phillips reports to Carmen Tapio, President & CEO. They are on a team with Hailey Plaehn - Director of Customer Experience, Robert Tapio - Director of Business Services, and Keisha Thomas - Director of Human Resources, Employee & Community Relations.
