Douglas Hibbeler

Douglas Hibbeler is the current Director of Market Development at North End Teleservices. Prior to this, they held various positions at Pinnacle Customer Solutions Inc, Response Catalyst Inc, and VoiceCast International. In 2003, they were promoted to VP Operations and Client Services at Pinnacle Customer Solutions Inc, where they were responsible for creating policies and best practices for Operations, assisting with IT initiatives, legal compliance, and client campaign development. Douglas successfully executed campaigns for Allstate Insurance, Allstate Motor Club, Angie's List, DNC, HGTV, Home Depot, Orange Telcom, RNC, TravelCell and many others. In 2002, they became President of Response Catalyst Inc, providing list brokering and teleservices for a variety of clients including Allstate, eBay/PayPal, and ServiceMaster Brands (American Home Shield, TruGreen, etc). Douglas Hibbeler has over 20 years of experience in the industry and is an expert in customer solutions and campaign development.

Douglas Hibbeler reports to Carmen Tapio, President & CEO. They work with Chris Phillips - COO, Keisha Thomas - Director of Human Resources, Employee & Community Relations, and Robert Tapio - Director of Business Services.
