John Grosskopf

John Grosskopf has had a diverse range of roles in the education field. John started their career in 1996 as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Florida State University. Later, they joined North Florida College in 2000 as an Adjunct Instructor, then worked their way up to become an Academic Instructor and Dean of Teaching and Learning. From 2007 to 2008, they held the position of Vice President of Academic Affairs at North Florida College. Finally, in 2009, they became the President of North Florida College, where they are currently employed.

John Grosskopf is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education (EdD) degree in Higher Education Leadership from Aspen University, which they are expected to complete in 2023. John obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in English Language and Literature from Florida State University from 1996 to 2001. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Florida International University in 1992 and an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in the same field from the University of Florida in 1990. In 1988, they attended Miami Dade College. Additionally, John has obtained several certifications, including Students, Faculty, and Admin certification, Social Behavioral Educational Researchers certification, and Social, Behavioral, and Education Sciences (RCR) certification from the CITI Program in November and December 2022.
