Daniel Deleurme, CET, is a seasoned strategic leader with extensive experience in management consulting, operational management, and business development within technology-driven and manufacturing environments. As Principal Consultant at Daniel Deleurme Consulting since February 2016, Daniel specializes in leadership, innovation, finance, and employee engagement strategies. In addition to this role, Daniel serves as Entrepreneur In Residence at North Forge Technology Exchange. Previous positions include Retired General Manager and Operations Manager at AROW Global Corp., where responsibilities focused on the design and production of transportation window systems, and President & CEO of Norscan Instruments Ltd., leading corporate direction and P&L while pioneering advanced cable monitoring systems.
