North Harrow Community Library is an exciting new initiative which came about through the coming together of a group of local people following the closure of the council run library. We want to provide a community hub as well as a centre of literacy and learning in the modern world of multimedia communication.

Through continued community engagement we have negotiated a lease on the former library, secured initial start-up funding, formed a board of trustees opened a bank account and recruited a team of about 100 volunteers.
