Amy O'Rafferty

Amy O'Rafferty serves as Associate Vice President of Talent Operations and Global Director of Resource Management at North Highland since April 2014. In this role, Amy oversees teams in the US, UK, and South Africa, managing the placement of approximately 1,000 full-time equivalent consultants across North America and EMEA. Prior positions at North Highland include Operations Business Partner for the UK, where Amy led the UK Scheduling/Resource Management team, and Scheduling Manager for the London office, responsible for scheduling a diverse workforce. Additionally, Amy has experience as a Senior Recruitment Advisor, specializing in the recruitment of Business Analysts and Project Managers, and as an Affiliate Operations Manager, focusing on recruitment and onboarding for contract roles. Prior to North Highland, Amy worked as Operations Manager at Walgreens Boots Alliance from March 2008 to April 2014. Amy's educational background includes attending John Port School from 1999 to 2006.
