Anne Sheffield

Anne Sheffield, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and operational leadership. Currently serving as the Senior Director of People Experience & HR Operations at North Highland since April 2020, Anne specializes in transformative HR strategies that prioritize employee engagement. Previously held roles include Senior Director of Talent Partnerships, Director of HR Operations at Morehouse School of Medicine, and various HR positions at Immucor, Inc., where Anne provided strategic guidance and support across multiple HR functions. Additionally, Anne was the Managing Partner and Owner of Nova Healthcare Search, a nationwide recruiting firm. Anne holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from Vanderbilt University.
