Barbara Dodridge

Barbara Dodridge is an experienced Training & Content Developer currently at North Highland since April 2020, specializing in conducting training needs analysis and developing customized training materials for various clients, including Georgia Pacific and AmerisourceBergen. With a long-standing career as a self-employed Instructional Designer since 2006, Barbara has created interactive e-learning courses for organizations such as Living Free Academy and Adult & Teen Challenge. Previous experience includes instructional design roles at the Project Management Institute Educational Foundation and Aramark, where Barbara designed training programs and e-learning courses, utilizing tools like Storyline and Captivate. Barbara's leadership in education began as Assistant Director and Director of Education at Teen Challenge Philadelphia. Barbara holds a Master's degree in Adult Education and Distance Learning from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies from Central Bible College.
