Catherine Harrisson

Catherine Harrisson is a Senior Managing Director at North Highland, where Catherine leads Organisational Strategy & Design and focuses on developing effective organisation designs, operating frameworks, competencies, and career paths suited for the digital era. With experience in management, Catherine previously served as an Associate Vice President and Principal at North Highland since July 2008. Earlier in her career, Catherine worked as a Graduate Management Trainee at Alfred McAlpine and its subsidiary, Enviros. Catherine holds a Master's degree in Management from Durham University and a Bachelor's degree in Geography from the same institution.
