Lindsay Groves

Lindsay Groves is a seasoned professional in human resources and talent management, currently serving as the Senior Managing Director of Human Resources at North Highland since April 2025. Additionally, Lindsay is a Chief Member at Chief, a network dedicated to advancing women in leadership roles. Previously, Lindsay was the Chief People Officer at The Bridge, where the focus was on fostering an inclusive and high-performance culture. Prior to that, Lindsay worked at Slalom for a decade in various roles, including Managing Director of Talent & Employee Experience and Director of Talent Acquisition, developing initiatives that emphasized employee value and inclusion. Early career experience includes roles in talent acquisition and retention at AIM Consulting. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Marketing from Miami University.
