Michael Keats

Michael Keats is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management consulting, particularly within the public sector. Currently serving as Director for the Management Consulting Public Sector Portfolio at North Highland since February 2014, Keats has successfully directed business development and account management, delivering over $20 million in consulting services to the State of New Jersey and other Northeast state governments. Previously, as Director of the Office of the EVP Finance at the New York City Housing Authority, Keats led significant finance projects, including the implementation of Oracle EPM Hyperion Planning. Keats also founded Michael D. Keats Consulting, LLC, focusing on business process improvement, and held senior roles at Deloitte & Touche LLP and as an independent management consultant. Early career experience includes technical work at TRW Inc. in satellite communications. Keats holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Government Administration from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California.
