Sue Saikia

Sue Saikia is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational design and management consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Managing Director at North Highland since July 2011, Sue has also held roles as Associate Vice President and Principal. Prior experience includes positions at BT from December 2006 to July 2011, where roles included Senior Organisation Design Consultant and Management Consultant. Additional experience encompasses consultancy at Hornagold & Hills and change management at Veolia. Early career development involved a role as People Development Assistant at Volkswagen Group UK Ltd.
