Uma Kandasamy

Uma Kandasamy serves as the Practice Leader (Senior Director) of Healthcare IT Strategy & Advisory Consulting at North Highland since 2020. Prior to this role, Kandasamy was Vice President of Client Delivery for the Healthcare Vertical at Infinite Computer Solutions from 2019 to 2020 and held the position of Vice President of HIT Strategy, Transformation & Platform Architecture at HM Health Solutions from 2018 to 2019, where responsibilities included strategizing for the EHS platform and overseeing significant investments. Kandasamy spent a significant period at Conduent from 2011 to 2018 as Director of Platform Architecture & Development in the Healthcare Public Sector, managing extensive program implementations and a global IT organization. Earlier experience includes roles at Xerox from 2005 to 2011, where Kandasamy directed Medicaid platform implementations and led enterprise architecture initiatives. Kandasamy holds an Executive Business Administration degree from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Manonmaniam Sundaranar University.
