Dr. Patrick J. Mannarino

The North Hills School District, located just north of Pittsburgh in northern Allegheny County, serves Ross Township and the West View Borough. Approximately 4,500 students attend the district’s four elementary schools, middle school and high school. The district employs nearly 700 people including 330 teachers.
