Clinical Operations Team

The Clinical Operations Team at North Homes Children and Family Services is responsible for overseeing the delivery and coordination of therapeutic and support services for children and families in Northern Minnesota. Led by the Clinical Director, the team ensures that interventions are evidence-based and tailored to meet the unique needs of each family, while also providing training and support to foster parents and therapeutic staff to enhance the quality of care.
