Alider Pratts

Deputy Chief at North Hudson Regional Fire And Rescue

Alider Pratts has extensive work experience in the field of firefighting and public safety. Alider began their career as a firefighter at North Hudson Regional Fire And Rescue in 2004 and steadily progressed through the ranks, serving as Captain, Battalion Chief, and currently as Deputy Chief. In addition to their role at North Hudson, Pratts also pursued opportunities as an instructor and consultant at Promotional Prep, LLC since 2020. Alider has also worked as a Fire Instructor at the Monmouth County Fire Academy starting from 2016. Prior to their firefighting career, they served as a Sargeant at both the Morris County Juvenile Detention Center and in the United States Marine Corps.

From 1997 to 2002, Alider Pratts attended New Jersey City University, where they studied Criminal Justice.
